Multi-package facade/exterior at Dick's House of Sport Mission Valley: (1) atrium feature staircase (complex 3D geometry); (2) zig-zag metal canopy structural frame; (3) E/W entry signs (welded steel posts + framework); (4) glass railing w/ steel posts; (5) perforated metal panels (10.0 series). For Fulcrum Construction. About 88 tons. My part: estimating, sales and project management at Swink's Welding, Jan 2026 – Jun 2026.
