Files in Build PlanReader

How to undo

  • A move or a rename: Undo on the filing run puts each file back where it was, with its old name. Filing keeps a receipt and an undo log of every change.
  • A copy made online-only: Keep on this PC brings its bytes back. On a Mac, Download Now in Finder does the same.
  • A removed copy: it waits in the holding folder for your company’s holding days. Put it back from there before they’re up.

Undo always works, even while freeing space is paused.

A filing run is undone on the computer that filed it, because its undo log stays there.

To stop freeing space for everyone while you look into something, a company admin pauses it: in Build PlanReader under Settings › Files › Freeing space, or in the Files section of the company’s page on the web.
