What Build holds itself to.

Each of these is how Build works today, for every company on it.

Free to open, free to answer

A model or a price request opens without an account, and nothing you are sent costs a seat. No seat, no trial, no clock.

Build is free for your company

PlanReader, markup and takeoff, 3D models, vendors and the CRM are free on every plan. You pay only for the agent work you use, at a rate card anyone can read.

You send what goes out

Build drafts the takeoff, the price and the proposal. Nothing goes to a GC, a vendor or a client in your name until a person sends it, or your company turned on sending for that vendor.

Every run has a receipt

Each run shows its tokens by model and what they cost, so you can see what a bid took before you see the bill.

Research is read live, with receipts

Every number on Research is read live from Build’s database, and the page prints when it read them. Each sent proposal with its PDF on record has a receipt there carrying the PDF’s fingerprint, and anyone can check a PDF against the receipts in their own browser.

Check a receipt

Plan dollars come back as usage

Every dollar of a plan is usage that month. Prepaid credits never expire. When the month’s usage runs out, you choose whether credits carry on or the work waits for the reset.

Nothing deleted when you’re full

Every plan includes storage, shared across your company. A full company stops taking new files only: reading, sharing and downloading keep working, and nothing is deleted.

Design reviews never show dollars

Design review paths show questions, sheets, photos, models and scope without prices. They never open the sender’s prices, margins or internal reviews.

Security

A design firm’s set checks stay with the firm

Set checks are seen only by the person who ran them and their design company. The contractor and the other companies on the job can’t read them.

Models are checked before they’re shared

Before a 3D model is published, Build runs its model checks and a building-code check, and every fail is fixed first.

How Build models a job

Every change recorded

Bids, RFIs and changes ride on the job with who asked, who answered and what changed.
